Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting our Customer Care team. Once processed, a full refund will be initiated and credited to your account within 7 working days.

7-Day Product Return Policy
Nutrainix is committed to delivering high-quality products. If, for any valid reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of receipt and claim a refund, subject to the conditions below.

Terms & Conditions for Returns/Refunds

1. Request Initiation:

Contact our Customer Care team to initiate the return request.

Partial or full order returns are allowed.



2. Return Process:

Products must be sent back to the designated address mentioned below.

Shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer only.



3. Inspection and Approval:

Returned products will undergo quality inspection upon receipt. Refunds will be processed only after approval by our team.



4. Eligibility Window:

The return policy is valid only within 7 days of product delivery.



5. Refund Methods:

For online payments, refunds will be credited to the same bank account.

For COD or alternative payments, refunds will be processed via NEFT to the registered customer’s bank account.

Product Replacement Policy

Replacements can be requested within 7 days of receipt by writing to nutrainix@gmail.com with relevant images/videos of the product.

Replacement Terms & Conditions

1. The product must be returned in its original packaging, with the box, price tags, and invoice intact.


2. The product’s seal must remain unbroken.


3. Replacements will only be dispatched after the original product has been received and inspected.


4. Availability of replacement items is subject to stock availability.



Payment Methods for Refunds/Returns

1. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 21 business days from the date the returned product is approved.


2. Processing Fee: No fees apply for replacements or returns due to errors in the delivered product (e.g., incorrect item, variant, or flavor).



Fraud Prevention Measures

1. Returns are only eligible if the product is verified to match the original order details (SKU, batch number, etc.).


2. Refunds or replacements are void if the product is tampered with, misused, or not in its original condition.


3. Claims involving false information, altered invoices, or fake proofs will not be entertained.


4. Returns/refunds are not accepted for orders delivered outside India.
